Rescue Roster

To add or update your rescue contact information, please complete the Rescue Roster Info Form.

In case of a caving emergency, use the information provided here. Please call people in the order listed and ask for cave club members. Please avoid publicity.

If you receive a request for a rescue, please get the following information. Keep This Near Your Telephone along with the club's rescue roster (above).

• name of peson calling AND their phone number
• phone number for further information
• name and location of cave
• present status of rescue operations
• has anyone else been notified?
• nature of emergency (body retrieval, serious injury, lost persons, etc)
• time of cave entry

If the party is missing, find out:

• a description of the vehicle
• the last time the person was seen
• clues about the group's intentions (helpful in determining cave location)

If an injury is involved, find out:

• the nature and time of injury
• the patient?s present condition
• the location of the patient in the cave
